Our mission is to create products that contribute to a cleaner planet by transiting away from non-recyclable single-use coffee cups.

 

As a result of the worldwide expansion and growing sales we are looking for a young and motivated person to join our office in Sofia at the position of Business Development Representative.


Responsibilities
 

  • Build and maintain relationships with international and local customers - respond to incoming inquiries and proactively approach new potential customers

  • Support communication and actively service customers’ needs.

  • Serve as a point of contact providing product, technical, logistics and commercial information to customers.

  • Prepare customer proposals, commercial offers and documentation

  • Understand and apply industry specific service solutions

  • Conduct foreign market studies and evaluate business potential

  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events, traditional and digital campaigns

  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations, compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts

  • Write marketing literature (brochures, etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market


Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

  • At least 3-year relevant experience in customer service or sales and marketing

  • Proficiency in English and Bulgarian language, both verbal and written

  • Relationship management skills

  • Customer oriented with problem solving skills

  • Excellent time management and organization skills

  • Data and Analysis skills & attention to detail

  • Computer literacy – MS Office is a must, knowledge of ERP and CRM systems will be considered as advantage
